I don't KNOW if CSW is Satoshi. I DO know that he is right about Bitcoin being a small world complete graph. THAT is useful information. That is information that convinces me that BSV is the real Bitcoin.

This document was provided by Ira Kleiman to the Florida courts.

This document was used many times by a lot of different people to call CSW a liar and a fraud.

Remember that Ira Kleiman is suing CSW for potentially millions and millions of dollars worth of damages. It's not reasonable to assume that the document contains the truth and nothing but the truth.

OK, so I assume nothing about the address. What do we know about it and who signed this?

Some dude whose address was on it found it while doing some research somehow or was alerted to it, and signed a message saying CSW is a fraud.

2. Roger Did it Scenario.

Ira Kleiman is an idiot and doesn't understand bitcoin. He faked a list of bitcoin addresses from the mt. Gox documents and submits it to court. Roger knows that they are his addresses and uses this opportunity to sign a message to manipulate the market.

the wallet addresses used in the 'Tulip Trust - real legit, honest Joe' doc were, by need, simply a list of whatever wallets which contained the most coins that could be cobbled together. And by default, these would have belonged to early movers and big hitters in Bitcoin, of whom, there is/was probably no more than a handful. Don't forget, these 'Tulip' docs were never supposed to be made public - unfortunately (for Creg) court made them public record - from there, matter of time till wizsec etc get their hands on them, and the story falls apart. Obv. whoever ACTUALLY owned the wallets will be interested by this point as well, thus. the signed and not exactly cryptic message - 'CSW is a fraud' - what could the ACTUAL owner of the wallets have meant by this?
Form here, you have two options: Ira, who knows nothing about Bitcoin and has zero history of doc forgery created the 'Tulip' doc, dug up the addresses, forged the signatures and submitted it to the courts, OR, CSW, who has a history of forgery, fucked up (again) in submitting yet another flaky pile of BS as 'proof' - proof which hes only NOW (15 months later) denying he wrote, AFTER rotw has pointed out at great length, what a pile of horseshit it is.
