Yeah if the chair is leather coated it does somewhat repel the braaps, especially if it's new. Thankfully we don't have any of those anymore and only had very few before we got new chairs. Once the leather cracks and the cushion gets exposed though the braaps can be safely stored until I squeeze them out later on
