Decrease the 45k in stocks to 20k in stocks and put 25k into real money... 1,000 ounces of silver and like 6 ounce of gold.

When the currency implodes and we have a deflationary collapse of all asset prices, youll be able to buy a small town with that 1,000 ounces of silver.

GTFO of all those stocks, the stock market is going to crash and burn and is only high because of criminally suppressed interest rates.

Listen fuckhead. You understand there is a difference between investments and savings right?

You understand that when you buy amazon stock you are doing so for a completely different reason then when you buy gold, right?

You buy gold because fiat is a scam and you want money and real wealth for when the dollar scam implodes. You buy stocks hoping the fiat value goes up.

Think about it....a gold ounce 900 years ago is still that same ounce of gold today, doesnt fucking matter if the stock market or dollar exist or not. Gold just sits there, it is savings.

Also, why in the fuck would you be valuing gold in terms of worthless paper dollars? THE ENTIRE fucking point in buying gold is because fiat is a scam. ALSO.....it was literally gold that gave the dollar its value so how the fuck does it make logical sense to value gold in terms of dollars?

Gold can only go down in actual value. Simple supply and demand. It's good for jewelry but that's about it. I also like how glass, leather, and plastic look in jewelry. Gold is worth no more than these other precious materials. Gold is like buying a lottery ticket, only you're even less likely to win.
Just look back at history for examples. Salt was at one time quite expensive. Gold is the same idea.

You wont learn much from people here. Check out investopedia for basics.

What I would personally do is different from what you should do. Keep that in mind.

Plan A - riskier and more work

Use your savings as collateral for a loan. Use the loan to buy equity in a business. Preferably a turnkey business with revenue in the 50 to 100k range. Hire a general manager and scrape 20 to 50 percent off as your payout.

Plan B - Safe (safer) and easy

20k into Gold and Silver.
6 months to a year of expense money into a savings account
The rest into high dividend yielding stocks

Who gives a fuck if stocks do well in hyperinflation when the currency cant buy shit?

Do you think if a starving venezuelan could go back in time and put their savings into the stock market or gold they would pick the stock market? Get fucked if you think that.

You are a know it all and cant fucking listen. You have ALL your fucking eggs in 1 basket over a half million in the fucking bubble stock market. You are too obtuse to understand that even if you were right....putting 50k into gold wont affect you negatively anyway. But you arent right and you are overleveraging yourself.

You also dont understand that the next recession isnt going to be a typical run of the mill recession its going to be a currency crisis.

You NEED to have a little bit of REAL SAVINGS. If I was saying put 50% of that 550k into gold, then ok, I would be able to understand that he doesnt understand what im talking about so no way hes going to put that much into gold based on your way of thinking, but you are suicidal not putting a measly 50k out of 550k into gold and silver.

>> No.13525613

>>13525571
You're right that gold will pretty much be worthless during an event like that. The reason I buy gold is not for the other dudes reason.

I keep roughly 10 percent of my net worth in gold and silver. I do so because the market fluctuates way too much for my liking. In the event of another crash or something, people like the other guy will kill for gold. They will buy high and sell low. My dad did the same thing.

Right now, silver is at a 30 year low. Gold is still over valued at the moment, but it's still a decent bet it will increase with demand. It's a great hedge.

In the event of total collapse, the government would confiscate it all anyway. They've done so before and would do so again. If you somehow managed to see a recovery of sorts, your gold would put you in a great spot.

>> No.13525621

>>13525571
I was just making a point. It will be a reset most likely. The issue facing the world is the world is swimming in debt, gold fixes that problem with an overnight gold revaluation.

China, India, and Russia have been accumulating record tonnage of gold for 10-15 years now, you think they are doing that for fun?

>> No.13525654

>>13525613
You are valuing gold and silver the wrong way. You value gold and silver using ratios to other real live assets of which gold is undervalued and silver is the most undervalued asset on planet earth.

A days wage for most of human history and even today in the underdeveloped world was a silver piece the size of a silver dime.

1 ounce of silver will buy you 3-4 months of food in venezuela oin the black market. 1 ounce of silver equals 15$ in US currency. 15$ in US currency barely buys you lunch at Jimmy Johns. That just shows how absolutely fucked we are being raped by inflation.

So 1 silver ounce at 15$ historiclly equals about 2 weeks worth of wages, since 14 silver dimes equals an ounce of silver.

So some asshole selling insurance providing zero real value for society and making 200$ a day...could go and buy about 14 ounces of silver with a days paycheck. That flies in the face of all sane historical economic history. Menawhile some chink working in a rice paddy field actually producing value is making say 2$/day which is right in line with historical economic norms since if you go to a coin shop a silver dime costs about 2$ or a days wage historically.

Maybe part of the problem is your resume? If you're looking for a job and don't want to be self-employed, I'd recommend taking a long hard look at what you're putting on your resume because that matters more than what degree you have or where you got it in 80% of positions requiring college grads.

The typical lazy and shitty larp seen on biz. It is always the same formula:
>1. Young age
The larper will always state he is very young, usually 18-22, sometimes older, but never over 30.
>2. Net worth
The larper will always have a net worth that puts him in the top 0.1-1% of his age.
>3. Business
The larper will always be a successful business owner with a business in either Saas/tech/digital marketing. When asked about his business he will reply with: a) no reply, b) I-I-I need to protect muh niche c) someone could recognize me if I say too much d) NDA, can't say anything

It's not about buying groceries with gold you fuckhead. It's about the new currency being backed with gold. It's about the currency being backed by real money whether paper or crypto. How stupid are all of you? If dollars started getting issues by banks 200 years ago and gold wasn't backing it, Americans would have laughed and told them to fuck off.

You morons don't even understand that the primary function of money is to MEASURE VALUE of goods exchanged for it. And gold measures value great, and dollars measure value very poorly.

Example. 100 years ago you earn a good weekly salary which was 20$. 1pz of gold also equaled 20$. Had you kept that 20$ in your pocket for 100 years which was a good weekly salary when you earned it, today that 20$ doesn't even buy you lunch at a bar with a beer. That 1 oz of gold on the other hand is still equal to a good weekly salary at $1,300 an ounce

Dr John Armstrong (author of The Water of Life) emphasizes the need to massage with urine. He insists that cures work faster and more effectively in those who are bathed, massaged, rubbed and soaked in their own urine. He highly recommends it for more serious illnesses, since urine is absorbed through the skin and the hormonal and protein-based contents are slowly reabsorbed into the system, bypassing digestive juices that otherwise may have neutralized their potency. In this way, it also works as an excellent cosmetic for moisturizing and healing skin blemishes, burns and scar tissue. However, for this usage, it is preferable to use urine that is 4 - 8 days old. The smell of ammonia in the old urine is not toxic but actually beneficial if used topically only, and not taken internally.
