I live in Nashville. Simply when I was only 3 years into my career, I added all the local recruiters in my town and then send them my resume (which was already my profile basically). Meet with them for lunch, which they paid for.

From there, just keep in contact when them or whoever is recruiting actively at their particular firm. Do a phone interview every 6 months just to keep the contact going...

I'm a turbo autist but no how to act like a turbo normie. Recruiters always tell me 4 basic things on why they like me so much:

-I'm not a nerd who can only talk about tech
-I can carry on a fun conversation (in the business, this is known as "soft skills")
-I am one of few people in STEM who can effectively communicate to both business people and tech people (the communication cliche really is based in reality)
-I know how to write a resume

It is surprisingly similar to dating

You'd be amazed at the great engineers, developer and scientists I meet that have a resume that looks like it's written by a nigger. Only sperg out about latest tech/starwars/GoT in any conversation (including interviews when asked what their hobby is) and our timid faggot bitches

Don't get me wrong, pic related is me every time I meet with a recruiter or meet with the business at work...or meet with a thot im dating

Yep, what I do is read trade journals from the profession I go to school for and then write down the names of all the people who write articles. Then skim the article to find one interesting thing. After I collect aboit 20 entries I write that many connection request notes (150 words) where i mention how wonderful their article was and ask them a question or say how it helped me bla bla. Usually get about 75% of them accept and a further 50% are willing to have a convo with me. From there I just go on once a day and like 2-5 recent posts of people in my network.

Already well connected with many industry leaders and i havent even graduated yet. Feels comfy. Also put a lot of work into my profile. Its fake and ghey and i hate faceberg type shit but its working. Also started a blog/portfolio to show i think big

I'm looking for any kind of business job. I don't really know which specific field is best because I haven't done any of it yet- but since my degrees are econ and finance, i'm looking at analyst type stuff so far.
Real extracurriculars: trading shitcoins, shooting, cooking, making political youtube videos, reading
Exaggerated resume extracurriculars: Programming, economics club, and i also tried to dress up my shitcoin trading as "managing a personal portfolio" and involvement in a "fintech research and investment group" focused on smart contracts, data and derivatives (i.e. LINK shitposting group).

yes. just emphasize you are looking to reach out in the community over a drive coming from a faith perspective.

"I was wondering if you were accepting any interns or volunteers in the temple? Oh meshugga no I've never been inherently into the faith I've certainly done abrahamic reading but I want to engage more with the community."

"Hey mr. goldstein yeah still looking for a programming position that provides vision dental and health. You say your daughter is still single hmm? Well maybe if I had a job I could provided for a family one day haha. Mr . silverberg is your son still running a startup I do have that degree in mathematics and engineering. Mrs. motzahlevened I know your daughter is dating 'one of those people' from her public school education, but hopefully it's just a phase and she wont get too beaten. How is her younger sister anyways I understand you homeschooled her and she has never seen a man besides her father."
