White collar 2016fag here. Most of the smarter / higher-earning anons disappeared after the golden bull run. And a lot of broke college-age zoomers showed up in the last two years.

But on the threads where people ask about job/income/net worth/age, I still see anons in their 30s and 40s occasionally chiming in, as well as a handful of anons earning six figures at real, big-boy jobs. A lot of them only comment in the stock market general threads.

The unironic redpill truth is that /biz/ is mostly poor wagecucks, poor NEETs, and poor college students. Yet most see themselves as temporarily-embarrassed millionaires and will confidently tell other anons what to do with their money despite the fact that they are themselves unsuccessful.

If you come here looking for good investment ideas, you'll be disappointed. Asking poor /biz/tards for financial advice is like asking a homeless person for advice regarding buying a house.

For me, the main appeal of this place is the memes and the lack of bans for calling people a faggot or telling someone to kys.

But for real, non-retarted investment and finance ideas, you should probably go to r/wallstreetbets or r/personalfinance
