Yup, 805 here. Never had a loan larger than 4k (paid off in 3 months). I use credit card for every purchase (moneyback) and pay it off at the end of the month. Was chatting up a real estate agent who's been in the game for 15 years and she said she's only ever seen 2 scores above 800. What the fuck is wrong with people.
