I almost looked like that once upon a time. Basically just use a ton of moisturizer and have your daily calorie intake be something microscopic (I think mine was 1,800 but I don't remember anymore). /fa/ also recommends chugging a ton of water when you're hungry to trick your stomach into thinking that it's full. Your stomach will look "cute", but at the expense of you having stick arms and ribs showing. It only looks good when you're below 5'6" (I'm 6'1" so I just ended up looking like a skeleton) because at that height your arms are short enough to where they still look normal when you've been eating like a refugee.
