honestly, it's a shit job but it beats being NEET by far. i support myself and i have a stable routine. it makes the free time feel like it's more valuable, too. i have shome shitcoins and 20k savings on the side which isn't bad considering i make little more than 1k per month (euros). i'd really like to make it as an illustrator, don't know if i ever will but i work on that several hours most days and it feels good to be doing something, wether it'll work out or not at least i can look in the mirror and tell myself i gave it my best shot. i don't think i would be doing that if i didnt have the shit job to give me some stability. colleagues are mostly nice, a lot of old blokes too who've been on the min wage grind all their lives, rough types but with gentle souls, noone gives me shit since everyone's in the same boat anyways, there's a sense of comraderie

so yeah it might not work for everyone but getting a job really helped me. it'll also give you daily social interaction on some level, god knows i needed that, i tend to not leave my flat for weeks if left to my own devices.

've been in and out of school for the past 7 years now. I keep on switching majors. I started off as a marketing major, then I switched to finance, then to accounting, and then to business admin. I took a small break from school and tried to teach myself basic IT, but then got bored/frustrated, so I switched to web dev. I liked it at first, but then I got overwhelmed with the learning and ended up quitting. I'm back in school studying for business admin, but since I'm not doing well my my classes, I feel like I'll get kicked out this year.


I've also been working shit jobs for the past 4 years. I've never had a "real grown up" job before, so I kinda scared that if I did land one, I'll just end up fucking it up.


I've also never been kissed or in a relationship. I feel like this pain will never end.
