How much money do you need to be...

Comfy?
Happy?
Fulfilled?
Satisfied?

in life.

Basically I'm asking, when is it enough and I should pursue other things?

Also is it worth moving to low cost-of-living countries?

I heard you can live like a kind in Vietnam for peanuts. Literally $1k a month income is like a super baller over there.

All those things are a mindset, I earn 4x more than I did a year ago and my happiness is relatively the same, although stress is a little lower

3k a month minimum imo
With kids 5k a monh minimum. Takes hundreds of thousands or millions to make that passive income

I clear 1500ish a week now for a 40 hour week job, and I'm reasonably happy. I buy good groceries/eat well, fund hobbies, and never check my account before filling up my 120litre truck lol. Even a 6 figure job is very middle of the road when you live in expensive cities, so you really need multiple streams of passive income to have that true feeling of freedom

How much can $1million investment yield in monthly dividends?

You can literally invest in stocks which give monthly dividends of 5-6 percent per year, that would be around 5 grand a month, and not have to even think about it. I am currebtly nvested in one stock (PSEC) which gives more than 11 percent a year, which would be closer to 10 grand a month.

The other option would be to trade stocks. I make roughly a 5 percent return a month that way, so for you that would be 50 grand a month, but it might be way more stressful than just letting it sit in a high dividend stock.

Rule of thumb is that you can safely withdraw 4% from a properly allocated portfolio indefinitely. Google "Bogleheads" and "4% rule" for more info.
