I was in medical school in the mid-90's and I was smart and considered myself well-read but rather naive to the way the world works. Our school was an early adopter to get the internet around 1996 and I didn't have it at my place so I looked up all I could. In my opinion, the biggest reason why Jewish are so successful that has not yet been mentioned is self-dealing. They try to spend only among themselves and that has a tremendous way of keeping wealth insular among their population.

To that extent, when Americans buy cheap shit from China, Mexico, or wherever, they are making themselves poorer. The same would be true if Americans only bought high-end stuff from Germany, France, Switzerland, etc. They may not be impoverishing themselves but they retard their wealth accumulation.
