Think about it. People know the sell wall at $6k would be huge so they will want to sell before at $5999.99. But then other people know that will happen so they set huge sells at $5999.98. And so on. Others sell at $5999, $5900, $5800, and all the way down.

That $1,000 sell wall was unbreachable at one point. When BTC tanked after breaking $1,000 people said sell at $1K people will dump. Many oldfags did just that.
