REFR isn't even an mj stock edition

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

FDA approval is either A. A very big deal or B. A not very big deal.

too late IMO
They are priced intou dominating aerospace along with airbus
no or little space-tech = no upside IMO
I think all the upside is sort of priced in
I guess if they somehow get CRUSHED and fall to 330 ex-market I buy
otherwise, don't focus too much on the meme of the day, look for opportunities elsewhere

I could write a whole post (at least) on this topic:
the more that a stock is in the spotlight, the more is priced in by every actor, the less opportunity for small traders (us) to make profits.
You don't want to be the sucker trying to find alpha in the news stories. You won't be the most informed. You should be looking in the shadows, in the edges of the market. Hope it makes sense.

Might end up OK.
The best time for GUSH and UWT was January, it was NUTTY levels of free money.

Right now, IMO, oil is in an intermediate position. Can't be sure about mid-term increase or decrease.
news is likely to be of the upside- variety, but oil in the 40's was better than oil in the upper 50's.

SQQQ won't go to zero. now is an uncertain time to buy, but SQQQ calls/buys could be a good hedge on your position, depending on what it is.

as retarded as he is, he is right about there being no unified "cure" for all cancers

cancer just means uncontrolled cell division, it can be causes by a wide variety of factors, depending on what kind of cell is doing the initial dividing (or a lack of apoptosis due to a whole bunch of potential causes)

there are thousands of different ways for each type of cell to begin making a cancerous tumor, the only surefire "cure" for cancer would be nanobots that you inject that just manually hunt down cancer cells in your body, which impractical for so many reasons

idk, i aint no biology major

i do know that its actually not too hard to kill cancer cells (a shotgun can "cure" a petri dish full of cancer cells, so can a bonfire or a tub of acid)

the hard part is killing the cancer cells without killing the non-cancerous cells

cancer cells themselves are just as easy to kill as any other living cell/tissue

Some DO's and DONT's of the upcoming CC:

Besides the unthinkable of breaking tradition an announcing a profitable quarter.

Don't tell investors of past highlighted events. We already know about the Stuttgart production facility, we already know about the Tel Aviv facility, we already know about Gauzy's strategic partnership and investment. As is also the case of Vision Systems 2+ year announced expansion of, what exactly have we seen in revenues? Or the 17 high level aerospace negotiations or the amount of carbon emissions saved by using spd glass.

It may be unethical or illegal, if not, Do involve Eyal Peso on the CC as he is now a strategic partner an investor. As Dimtint so eloquently theorized awhile back, we no longer need wrong information, we need information from someone that Does understand the glazing market and how spd technololgy fits within this industry. Yes, Joe and company have been trying hard to bring spd to the forefront but to no avail. If EP had not contacted Joe, where would RFI be currently?

Do tell us why we will be going from (correct me if I'm wrong with Hitachi's numbers) a capacity of 4,000,000 sq/ft of spd film production to now a potential capacity of over 25,000,000 sq/ft in less than a year.

Some posters complain there is not enough discussion about spd and how the technology is going to impact the glass industry. We have had a lot of ifs ands and buts. Without Auger or Dimtint nothing of any substance would be discussed. Let investors ask questions of EP and how he sees the spd market infiltration.

T = 6.8% yield (0.51 x 4 a year); cheap price per share. Ass loads of revenue streams and assets, plan in place to pay off debt.

GE = Token Divvy right now but when they reinstate it back to what it was I'll be sitting pretty good. Cheap Share price. Can make loads of profit when the share price hits $30 again.

SWPPX (S&P 500) = Not really a high Divvy but the gains along the way make up for it.

Fox = No Divvy but that ain't why I got it. It's value will come when it lands me a free Disney Share once that deal closes. Then after I can sell the Fox shares for Profit and keep the Dis share for the divvy (0.88)
