Bitcoins problems have been memory holed. Back in 2010 to 2016ish bitcoin actually saw mainstream adoption. there where all kinds of services popping up. I can't remember their names anymore but i remember i used one service back in 2013 to buy a PS3 on amazon with btc. any way. mainstream adoption already came and went. the network hit a snag. well.. actually it got hijacked by literal jewish people. but either way. blocksize didn't get increased. transactions started backing up. jews that hijacked it took over all the forums and subreddits around that time and started pushing the narrative that slow tx times are good for btc. then the digital gold meme was spawned. wasn't long after that the services i mentioned previously started shuttering. adoption went into reverse as the mempool got clogged with tx's. Then blockstream anounced a "solution". the LN network. It was supposed to save the day. That was 3 years ago. Routing still isn't solved. LN doesn't work and adoption is still on the decline. Btc exists now only because theres still many poor people out there that want to hit it rich. it's become the new lottery. btc is being pumped up and down now by raw speculation/gambling mostly on news. it's like clockwork. news of price increase people start to fomo. of course it doesn't last because the fundamentals are gone. it's not being used as money anymore. so the price collapses. this continues on. rinse and repeat. over and over again.

bitcoin may never completely die but it will never live again. not even with bigger blocks. bch already tried it and no one gave a shit. the hype is gone. pow has been exposed as centralized and unscalable technology.

He's fucked too. POS won't work either because he was 14 when he wrote his token velocity thesis and none of the enablers around him dared to fact check him because they were greedy as fuck. POS has axiomatic flaws that aren't realized because the original equation was flawed. That's you shouldn't take what a 14 year old says at face value...

Fuck you guys and fuck 4chan, not taking my BTC. Go ahead, sell, on some retarded conspiracy theory. BTC is going no where, and will continue to appreciate in price, regardless of what faggots like you say

>> No.12972710

bitcoin is here to stay. if you're easily fooled into the kikes divide and conquer strategies to dismiss bitcoin, you've already lost.

ethereum is definitely the number 2, likely for many years, but bitcoin's simplicity is it's value proposition. ethereum is tech, but bitcoin is money, something no other crypto can ever be.

what did you think? everyone and their grandparents would adopt it overnight? it was used as money from 2010 - 2016 by people who where tech savvy enough to know about it. your mainstream/mass adoption came AFTER the 2017 tulip bubble. by then the mempool was already a ticking timebomb.

Ok that's fair, my bad, but does it really matter? And I'm really not trying to take anything away from Vitalik, he really is brilliant. He just wasn't mathematically mature enough to realize his mistakes. And that's not a problem because mathematicians do it all the time. What worries me though is that he was surrounded by "brilliant people" all the time and no one thought to fact check him? Really? So he has always been the smartest guy in the room when it come's to crypto which is good and bad. And in this case its pretty bad. But hey make your own decisions, don't listen to me.

AOL is here to stay and a shit ton of money was invested into that obsolete software. What's your point? Or were you not born in the 90's. Seriously kids today just getting into crypto are fucked. They have no concept of how quickly tech changes.

Technically yes but I don't think they count. Years are becoming a bad metric especially in the tech age. I'd say that flip phone's are the demarcating line. But I personally had a nokia as my first phone where you could interchange the front case and play snake. Was rad desu.

And Vitalik isn't creepy, just has assburgers. Not his fault.
