But the single family home market is kind of hot so snagging a good deal in the best locations is hard. If you're willing to live in Groveport though it shouldn't be an issue, it's a nice area just a little out of the way.

I only moved away because of my job, but even Amazon and Google are penetrating the Columbus Area. Just beware of niggers and you'll be OK.
