Wallstreet Caliphate edition

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

GALT and LCI are entirely different companies with entirely different fundamental pictures
LCI is a generic drug company that recovered because the market thought the company was going to go bankrupt, shorted the hell out of it, and then realized the situation wasn't as bad as they thought
GALT is a clinical stage biotech company that's running up because it competitors have increasingly been delivering poor clinical data, and the market is beginning to realize that its primary drug candidate, belapectin, is likely the best possible candidate left in a significant segments untapped multi-billion dollar market (NASH, specifically compensated NASH cirrhosis)
Also earnings mean nothing for biotech companies, they all lose money during the development stage

Most major concern with high % dividends is payout ratio. If it isn't a REIT and it's under 100% it's a good sign. Theirs is 55%, so the high dividend is just a result of their plummeted stock price. Looks like stock took a shit because they are Bermuda based and the big tax cuts didn't do much to help them, whereas their US based competition saw almost triple the benefit in EPS. I wouldn't be worried about the price drop long-term with just that information, looks like a great buy if you are trying to get into the financial sector.

Only problem I see here is the price tag. I don't think their foldable phone will have a real impact on anyone while it costs twice what the other premium phones cost. Otherwise I'm kinda with you, my only concern with not being in Apple right now is what they're going to spend that cash on if they can ever find their checkbook. Those rumors of them buying Netflix? What if they leaked them just to see people's reactions and they were serious. With Netflix's dominance and Apple's jewery combined that could be a profitable acquisition. Maybe they're further along with their car than anyone thought and the hype comes super early. Then again maybe they never even make a car and they introduce a lackluster streaming service in a crowded marketplace. Who knows. I'm staying out, if they were in this position and Jobs was still alive, even though I hated him I would absolutely be in. But Timmy can't be trusted.

The problem is a lack of a unifying vision. Divisions of apple don't seem to work in tandem as they once did. Products fit together to a degree, but there's always something a little hunky.
If they can find that sort of thing they'll be set.

Airpods have a lot of potential.
Siri is underutilized/lagging behind Alexa.

But what I'd really like to see in the (distant) future (and has the highest potential reward/risk) is some kind of Google Glasses play from apple.

Gonna do a field report I guess.

Lately been using Twitter to follow the banks. I tweeted all the big banks but only one bothered to reply: Western Union. Even wellsfargo ignored me on the same issue and no one else replied. I think this shows their unwillingness to adapt to the new era.

Im going to start visiting all the banks to test their interior, furniture, room temperature, color scheme ect, particularly regional banks if I can find them. this is more important than it seems

Wellsfargo has a better web platform imo esecially when you have joint accounts. You can log onto your and see all the accounts you are part of.. the other people have other log in info and can only see the accounts that they are involved in. Bank of america does not have this feature, so when i opened a corporate account with a business partner we had the same log in... doesn't seem like much of a big deal.. but it is imo

So run it like this. In the door!

You will or won't see patrons in a line. That's like the first step, so get in the line or don't and now you're front of the line.

Say I'm here to get a small loan for my business which is going to be "what ever you want to say to get the manager or get behind closed doors into what ever room they take you and thats when you go into Plants, others, and Chairs.... Remember it like people of colour Plants others Chairs." before discussion get some free coffee or water and ask if they have anything else, danish, donut, fucking turkey dinner to go with that discussion, and just say fuck off and leave once you've got your information. I used to used bollinger bands, macd, stochastic rsi. Over time i found i was receiving too many fakeout signals from the oscillators. Bbands are fine but i stopped using them as i don't find them necessary or helpful, just clutters up my charts.

Nowadays i just do basic trend lines, support/resistance, sometimes moving averages to identify support/resistance, and rsi as a tread carefully warning if stock is in or approaching overbought/oversold conditions.

You can screw yourself using too much crap on your charts. Especially stuff that throws up contradictory and unhelpful signals.

You should be treating every stock you buy like a cute anime girl or a trash 3DPD. this is part of the reason Buffet is a big boy now, he figured this out back in Nebraska before anime even existed.

Now there are some waifu-onlyfags who will just promise their love to one stock. Then there are haremfags like me who just fall in love with everything, as long as it is cute and pure (value)
Then there are people who just load up on dirt hoping it will undergo some character development plot and become high-tier. This can happen, or you cna just end up surrounded by fat smelly 3dpd
