Actually Starbucks does pay $15 an hour in quite a few places. Even fast food does now. Any warehouse job out there definitely pays at least $15, due to Amazon's shenanigans (forcing all warehouses to pay 15 has forced other companies to increase their wages). Fulltime work that pays $20 is actually nothing these days, give it 2-3 years and fast food in a lot of places will be paying that much.

No, the real issue we have to worry about is white collar and even blue collar work is being devalued as a result, as their wages aren't going up at all, and in fact dropping rapidly. I see CS majors doing jobs that would have paid nearly 6 figs now working for 50k at best, that's pathetic.
