That's not exactly what I use but it gets the job done for Binance. On every tick it calculates the BTC price of whatever USDT pair you're watching.
As I was watching it it was pretty obvious that as the price was approaching the bid or the ask on the BTC spread, the BTC pair was about to flip to the next digit so good for a little advance warning. Also I noticed that most of the time the market price on USDT is cheaper than the market price on BTC thanks to the wide spread of a low sat coin like BTT so pretty soon I'm going to put together a quick script that whenever I give it a quantity it just buys the coin from whichever pair happens to be cheapest. So if I want BTT, it'll check the USDT price, the BNB price, and the BTC price and put the order on the cheapest book.
