Have 50k in savings.
1st house mortgage I'm now living in 80k left (5.5% 19 years left)
2nd house mortgage covered by mother at 95k left.(4.25% 26 years left)
Truck 20k left.(3.25% ~5 years left)
~37k in tsp (retirement)
I make about 55k/year.

I need to live in my 1st for another year to count as my primary residence again.

I'm 29, single, and pretty comfortable. What would you do? I'm contemplating paying off my 1st house in the next year, year and a half or I can just pay off my truck and snowball the rest.

I'm kind of at a fork in the road between living somewhat debt free and buying another house and renting my current place in about 1 to 2 years.
