The whitepaper contains only the information that already is in the CryptoNote one. They put it just to make more pages. There's absolutely NOTHING new. This fork is completely useless, it doesn't bring anything new to the game. It was just made to make the french scammer devs rich with their 40% premine, which will be dumped at the first opportunity to the brainlets who will buy and get completely JUSTed.
