There's a pretty rough pub in a very working class area that has topless waitresses near me. Of a morning they have a bikini/lingerie wearing coffee service, drive thru. Some goon makes the coffee (it's always shit) and a bird who is defs a stripper at night takes your order, brings your change, maybe flirts a bit, and hands you the coffee. They only ever one working at a time. $5 a coffee and probably serving 25-30 cars in an hour.
So unless you have a venue in a blue collar area that is making money all hours, good luck selling enough coffee to cover overheads. The girls who look good enough to keep people coming back don't work for the same rate as the uggos at your local Starbucks.

I am not lying when I say I have never driven by one and seen less than 5 cars in the line. Middle of the night, broad daylight, doesn't matter. I'm sure there are hours they don't receive as much traffic, but during rush hour i'd imagine they get literally hundreds of customers. I've seen lines of over 20+ cars at these places. I'm not sure how profitable they are, but given what i've seen, i'd imagine they pull a pretty penny.

There is a website called rubmaps, it's like $20 a month because they are fucking jews, but i'd suggest signing up for exactly one month. The entire website is dedicated towards this, people give reviews and you'll be able to tell which places to go to. Not all massage places are into that type of stuff. So sign up for a month, and write down all of the information about the parlors you can. Then, go to one of the places and ask for a "table shower". In my experience, the girl is the one who initiates the rest. Some places you pay before, others you pay after.
