Ripple owns 60%+ of XRP (probably much more) selling it (call it as you want) as a security.
Tell me how a 100% premine is not "centralized".

Bitcoin protocol is made to be resilient, you can compare it to torrent.
XRP is a security token for Ripple products that can be compared to any file transfer protocol that does not require resilience and it only works well under perfect conditions and with many pre-conditions (use RippleFTP under RippleOS paying RippleSupport using RippleHW).
