It was like a drug den slum-a-mo-bob? that was owned before Denver really got a come up, and it had been like that for YEARS while the area around it gentrified. Maybe it was in glenndale on Josephine. That's what this reminds me of.

You have to be careful because the political situations can be VERY fluid, and if the local junta decides you're out, you're out. The other thing that happens in 3rd world countries is they become just as expensive as first world countries. Regular houses with water, electric, working toilets etc. end up costing similar to first world rates, so the more of this shit you add, the more expensive it becomes until you see no noticeable price increase. Sure you can get child care cheap, and gardening, houswork etc. are cheap; but to truly live there ends up not being any less expensive.

We in Norway, the world richest country as you may know, prefer the civilised style of living. If related is y dreamflat i plan to live in. It costs a mere 500k usd dollars and I will have a whole 37 square meters for myself. The openness of the bedroom, kitchen and living room being together in one room symbolises our open culture. The property tax will also only be maybe 10k usd a year.
