I have no idea and have been trying to figure it out for months.

My best guess is that liquid owns so much that they are choosing to keep the price stable via bot trading as part of their business strategy.

Their shitcoin doesnt actually do anything, and has zero purpose except as a fee reduction device for their low volume exchange.
