Youd want to do it with something that has a low market cap instead of Tron. Something with a microcap thats easily inflated but has a valid use purpose that people could actually FOMO about.
Suncontract is a perfect example, its like 500 back, 1.5 mill market cap because it got hammered hard. Its a penny down from like 80 cents or something.

People do this all the time but with microcaps, coins with less than $20,000 market cap. Just check CMC for all of the top weekly gainers and look at all of those +%7000 coins

It would literally never work with a coin like tron though because there are too many other whales and hodlers.
