Venmo is also way more efficient.

Also, Government will protect fiat, regulate crypto, making it no better than fiat.

no he's not, quantum computing won't stop bitcoin, it'll only force it to adapt - which is entirely possible.

Venmo makes a whole lot more sense than using bitcoin to pay for your stuff. Nobody ever wants to pay for stuff using delationary currency anyway, because it makes more sense to hoarde it than to spend it.

But holding USD is stupid for the opposite reason.

Crypto is pointless as a currency the only value is in smart contracts because it can actually save companies money and time

>> No.11872831

no not really. Venmo is for paying your friend at dinner. Credit card is for paying for coffee. Savings account is for buying houses. Bitcoin is for depositing on sketchy gambling sites or trading shitcoins. Nice try though

If quantum computing will ruin crypto wouldnt also ruin traditional banking?

Crypto will never be used as an everyday currency. It's 10 years now and there's still literally no adoption. Normies don't care, it offers no benefits over fiat in the eyes of someone who doesn't understand/care about the decentralization aspect of crypto. Maybe for online but even there only for privacy reasons(NOT bitcoin) by a very small amount of people. We shall see if dApps and smart contracts go anywhere but probably not, normies simply don't care about decentralization, they really only care about usability, price and if their friends are using it(they sure as fuck aren't using crypto).

That isn't how quantum computing works. You have pleb-tier understanding of it. It does not try every single possible possibility at the same time.
