I think we'll see price trends reverse and a slow creep upwards begin in Q4 2019. I think that will continue after Q2 2020. The exponential bull run will come either in Q4 2020 or 2021.

We may see $25k Q4 2020 and $100k in Q4 2021.

That's what I see in my crystal ball at least.
