Flat tax is on cashing out, so I doubt tobacco stores would have to pay it.
VAT maybe, but that would bean that any company can get VAT refunds buying bicoins at tobacco stores, which seems too good to be true.
Generally, stocks and funds are not taxed on buy, but you get taxed when you cash out making profit.
