Literally got to psychologically play people into thinking you're cool enough to be let into a job by reference.
Also you need to lie lie and lie some more on your resume and craft up a believable story about your past for when you get a phone interview.
If you make it to the first and second interview, never stop smiling and say to make you sound like a dick sucking Team Player who always underperforms agains superior manager types.
Finally (if you've made it this far after hundreds of trials and errors), they'll ask you if you have any questions about their company. Always use "Do y'all do anything outside of work together? " to make it seem like you're really interested in commiting your life and all available free time to the job.

This worked for me and now I make pizzas in the back of the kitchen at whole foods, part time hours starting at 5am.
