worked at mcdonalds for a year as my first job. Upgrading is a scam, they pay you about 25 cents more for 3 times the ammount of work and responsibility. If you meant upgrading by changing jobs, go to any restaurant as a bussboy and they will probably hire you if you have worked at McDonalds before.

why not go to a staffing or temp agency and get some bs 0 experience required production/manufacturing job for 12-15 and volunteer for ot and get 1.5x on anything above 40 hours? You only end up a temp if you suck but if your decent within your first 90 days you'll get hired in with a raise
