here is your roadmap for 2019

- BTC
slow and steady(relative to crypto) gains in 2019 and a big run in 2020

- ETH
going on a big run sometimes around end of q1. this is where you want to be for safe big returns

- LTC
same as ETH. a big artificial halving run so instituions will pile in for the BTC halving in 2020

these 3 are the only cryptos we are looking at but if i had to guess i'd say small cryptos will do one or two big cycles next year

LTC is going to sub $10
BTC renders LTC useless if Lightning ever works
BCH renders LTC useless if because bigger blocks no congestion.

ETH will keep dropping because ICO's need liquidity to keep working on their projects.
Cardano, EOS and RSK are going to swoop up more marketshare from ETH.

Zcash is very interesting because of zk-Snarks and I highly support the research and development of that project.
However it is a shame that the privacy features are not by default compared to Monero.

The darknets are mostly using Monero currently and I don't see any changes in that short term.

I agree, it is still in the very early phases of development.
Personally I would not recommend people experimenting with it if you have no idea what you are doing because you really can get your funds wiped out.

I don't hold any Zcash nor Zcoin because their privacy features are not by default.
Also wouldn't recommend people buying those coins if privacy is an important issue.
The only interesting thing for me about Zcash and Zcoin is the development and research of the coins.
