Yeah, this is also the same week people were complaining on reddit about him joking about eating babies.

The project runs off a masternode while development on consensus is done. If you're invested in a project where the developers havn't proven that they've "thrown away the keys" for perts of the code for a coin, any of them can unlock whatever they want, make changes, and fuck with coins, likely without anyone ever knowing with a simple 51% attack. Which is 95% of coins in operation.

Obelisk will be ready when they're satisfied with it, and when people can't copy it.
