You need a routine
People severely underestimate how much not having a routine will fuck you up, this is why neets are fucked up. No job plus no discipline so no routine. Plan your next week. Say: im GOING to do this, then im GOING to do this, then DO IT. Otherwise its all for not, and you are just reinforcing your bad habits
