CXO is Skycoin's implementation of ipfs tech. Its designed to work with the CX programming language and CXOs are like these merkelized data packets that can contain any sort of data. It will be useful for deploying APIs and stuff. So if you want to run some software you just request the CXOs for it.

Testnet reward was 96 SKY for the first month, then they went to a distribution pool system. You got like 56 SKY for August and 53 SKY for September.
