What do you do if you're getting abused by your superiors at work, and they are offloading their work onto you, increasing your responsibilities but not increasing your pay at all?

Get really good at it and be in disposable, then threaten to quit mid project when you know noone else will be able to take over and they will be stuffed.

im unironically about to do this. I am the only person in my job that knows my duties, not even the managers know how to do it. Yet im getting $15 an hour

it's better than me, my superiors have been reducing my work by hiring someone below me and they kind of ignore me sometimes. i feel somewhat invisible but i'd rather have more work than less to distract from the eternal misery of my life

Grow a pair and tell them it's not your job, or else you will do it the rest of your life. It's no ones first choice, but it works.

Be prepared with a list and bring up everything you do in an annual review that goes beyond your job description. You will have leverage and get a higher raise
Be sure you are able to argue

This, but make sure you got some cash in savings just in case you actually do have to quit. Nothing worse than threatening to quit and then staying on like the good little wagie you are.

Holy shit what a terrible advice, don't EVER do this unless you have another position waiting for you. You never threaten to quit as your first move, this is just bad negotiation skills.

so do I fag, I'm OP im home now

but recently my managers have been throwing me into the middle of things because on top of the regular work I do I'm also the accounts payables/receivables person, so now I have to fucking resolve the other departments fuckups and call a bunch of random niggers who I never had to work with because the others are too fucking lazy to do it themselves and see me as an easy target because im the youngest one

at this point, id rather be unemployed than being responsible for all this bullshit. im also getting yelled at when other companies aren't producing reports for us fast enough. and i have to resolve our entire clients. and I have to oversee our entire boarding process with our investors. its too much. I am now reporting to 5 different people, while everyone elses job is compartmentalized as fuck, and they only have to report to 1 person

I would interview at another place if you can and get a competing offer. Tell your boss you have an offer that pays X higher than you're currently making. If they really value you then they'll counter offer. Not sure how this strategy applies to $15 an hour wagie jobs though (am a software dev).
