Look at the yield, you want a good yield but not something stupid high that can be maintained over a long run

When looking at the company look as to whether or not they have they had any dividend cuts? If so, why? Was it something temporary or systemic?

Look at their history, how long have they been paying out dividend? Are they regularly increasing it?

Look to buy great company's a fair prices instead of bad companies at amazing prices.

Its been sticking above 23-25 for awhile now. I don't expect people to start selling much cause anyway that's been paying attention knows that Intel are shaking in their boots and have absolutely no products planned out to keep up the race with and. They've been failing 10nm for 6 years plus now and still can't get it working. They haven't had an architectural Change in 4+ years either. They've really dropped the ball and their desperation has been showing in the past few months with the release of their "new" products which are just overpriced nuclear reactors cause they're pushing their outdated architecture to the brink of collapse.
Intel's not coming back in the next few months at all. And possibly they'll be in the same boat next year. Cause they'll have to be extremely lucky to pull anything off.

Though one thing that is for certain is amd is gaining alit of marketshare out of this. Mindshare is growing aswell as they are seeping back into the market even with casual users whom didn't even know and existed all these years.
Amds products are truly amazing and I just hope that once the zen line is finished by 2020 they can continue to bring on another great few products
