I would start with going through Corporate Finance by Berk and DeMarzo, Financial Accounting by Spiceland, Management by Daft, Investments by Bodie, A Consise Guide to Macroeconomics by Moss, and Marketing Management by Kotler.

If you get through all of those, you will have the knowledge of an MBA grad if not more.

If you don't want to read through all of those and work through the exercises, you'll never make it.
