I can't say if it will be the only one worth anything but if Monero can't make it, crypto was a mistake. My biggest hold and the only thing I mine at the moment. Compare Monero now to Bitcoin in 2014-2015 and get aroused with me.

I should also add that I don't see any Monero fork catching up to Monero at this point. They have way too much of a head start in terms of mindshare among crypto enthusiasts/cypherpunk geeks and they can just absorb any meaningful improvements to the protocol upstream while other smaller privacy alts based on cryptonote experiment with new tech.

Gold is mined at like 3% of total supply every year. That means the supply of gold is growing exponentially. Bet you never think of gold like that. By comparison Monero supply will only expand linearly.

Monero only has an infinite supply over an infinite amount of time. In reality the supply is limited to 0.3xmr per minute.

The point of crypto is to make a money that kikes can't just print an unlimited amount of whenever they feel like it. Monero achieves this while maintaining mining rewards that allow a flexible blocksize and keeps the chain secure long after bitcoin shits the bed.
