I'm about to publish a paper with the specifications of a new coin that I believe have very desirable characteristics.
Where can I share it with reasonably knowledgeable people that are willing to provide constructive criticism?
All the forums I see have a designated area for this kind of post that is always full of spam and alt coins scams.
