GBR is sitting on oil and gas wells that aren't really being pumped right now due to the recent oil slump. During the oil slump GBR had a retirement facility basically keeping the corp alive. Since the corp was still getting money from other sources besides oil it managed to survive the oil slump without bringing on more debt especially any conv. debt like most smaller oil companies. Since they didn't pile on debt their share structure is still very lean. Recently they had a proxy vote to exchange restricted shares for cash raising their share holder equity to be in compliance with listing rules. When those shares are transfered over to Reality Advisors Inc (RAI) the control of the company will be turned over. They will not be able to sell all those shares right away since they are restricted and they do own over 4.99% of the issued and outstanding they will have to abide by rule144

this is all good news for GBR, will probably have a couple non eventful quarters because they are basically at that point where they can start ramping up operations.
