I created a video game news site and for a year made $9k usd a month for sharing my shitty clickbait articles in fb groups. fb groups are fantastic for traffic, the only problem is that you'll get banned from groups and by facebook for spam, so you need fake accounts.

i lost a lot of interest because the game i was writing about was losing playerbase and there were fewer updates and new features but if you picked a good game (fucking fortnite atm), and you were even semi creative and good at marketing/web dev, you could easily make 5k+ usd a month with pretty minimal effort

I have no experience specifically but it must be profitable in some way. Like here in CA there are companies that rent out cars for people to drive for UBER. There are also companies that post ads on Craigslist and give you clients but you have to have your own car. Alternatively my friend was approached a few times because he had one of those things on top of his truck that holds big pieces of wood, people would pay him 50+bucks to haul it to some place. You could probably offer that service and park outside of homedepot or lowes.

Why not just make a blog? You could link an instagram, pintrest, facebook etc to your blog and maybe host ads. Even make a youtube channel. Social media is more popular than a site i believe but thats just my opinion. If you know a little bit of game dev with Unity, Flash, JavaScript etc... you can write a mediocre clicker game and publish it on a popular kids gaming sites like Kongregate. Wrote my first shitty clicker game that didn't have a lot of content and I got around 600-700$ in 1 month and half. Pretty good for a prototype game that I spent 1 day on programming, or maybe I just got lucky no clue but it worked though! I would personally think DDR would be more popular just because many friend groups could do it together, nostalgia factor, and ddr would have I think more of a dedicated fanbase/return customers. Railshooter I think would be good for kids who think it's cool but maybe not too many returning customers. I suggested a game like metal slug because the graphics are appealing and the game is fun so you would probably have more people pumping in quarters.
