Time to buy ICOs again. Good Projects coming out with very low marketcaps as opposed to ~1year ago. The risk/reward is back. No 40Million dollar blockchan that might do a 50%-2x if you're lucky.

Yes I do think so, if really good projects like the ones I'm eyeballing keep raising under 5M these projects are going to explode 10-100-500x, that will be the fuel for another ICO craze as everyone yet again wants to find the next 1000x
