Something around this. Once Uncle mining gets implemented, block times will be lowered, and so it will be a huge differential from the regular CN coins. Also, when they finish their legal issues (like getting a security), it will easily get listed at Bittrex.

It's the testing ground for anything to be implemented on XMR. A couple of the XMR core devs (mostly bazookajoe) are the leads on MSR. MSR will be upstream from XMR, and NERVA even further upstream (although I don't think XMR devs are on NERVA)
