It goes through pumps and then accumulation periods, as opposed to the normal pump and dump. It should make a steady rise up to the swap for fuel, at which point it should start to truly stabilize. If you notice it rising too quickly, or you think the cost will exceed your fuel price target, dump it and rebuy later.
