What are some 'safe bets' for the coming years?

Not talking about for pnd's, I'm talking long term hodl's (2-5 years).
Name your projects and tell me why you think they stand a genuine, serious chance:

I believe that Babb is a real project that could be very profitable. Team communicates everything openly. Could be big in a year or 2.

Ethereum obviously. Sure it may go to $50 first but you'd be retarded to think this won't go to ATH in the next 5 years

Yeah I can see your logic, but even at the current discount pirce you'd have to be able to pull a few grand into it to make it. Do you think it could go even lower?

that's a trap lol
real estate is going to crash hard
home office and long distance office is becoming more common because of automation + internet + outsourcing

you won't need to live close to where you work
any retard that can't see this deserves to fucking crash and burn, real estate is going to implode in prices

>> No.11106970

>>11106952
So yeah slightly off topic, you're saying it would be wise as a first-time-buyer to wait for this crash and scoop up a cheap mortgage? Or are you saying it's gonna go in the opposite direction?

I second this.

Monero and BNB are safe. Monero more for privacy (assuming that there isn't some glow in the dark exploit), BNB (assuming that Crypto as a whole survives, which itself is contingent on adoption of at least one currency [I see Monero having a good chance]), and of course I think that if LINK succeeds, then it is a good bet as well.

If ETH can't fix its scalability problems, then I see another smart contracts platform slowly dethroning it. This is contingent on smart contracts being adopted as the new standard. Anyone paying attention to ISO 20022 and PSD2 are at least slightly bullish on this

This isn’t a payment for weed. Conventment’s DLA CENTER is essentially a software suite for managing logistics in an efficient manner within the legal cannabis industry. The Conventment white paper even mentions that the CNVT token is mainly used for funding and used to gain B2B bidding access.

BTC - store of value, not sure about layer 1 use for payments. First mover advantage, most recognition.

XMR - best privacy coin, actually used by people. Good for store of value like BTC, not sure about payment option scaling. Might end up only being used for large volume transactions, like BTC will if there are no valid layer 2 solutions.

LINK - needs no explanation. Whatever token is behind solving the oracle problem will moon hard.

EOS - yes, that's right. transactions being paid for through inflation rather than fees is genius; normies won't process the implications and think it's free. Built-in processes for dealing with black swan events will increase survivability dramatically. FIXED number of nodes that need support removes the overhead spectre of the issues that follow Pow and PoS. I will die on this (s)hill.

ETH - medium term, for sure a strong hold. Long term is guaranteed if they get sharding/plasma working.

Whenever I DCA my fiat in, I do an even split between those 5 tokens.
