As a developer I think I know whats going on - hes at that point where your code is so clunky due to those quick fixes youve done and now you kind of wished you could start again with the foresight you have now. Even looking at your code disgusts you because you see all the ways you could have restructured it to avoid the problems youre having now

ETH has resorted to making crucial decisions and changes within a certain amount of time so the chain doesn't die
so then you get shit on by the holders they want less block reward, then you get shit on by the miners
then the chain is spammed with kitties and exitscamme and you put a gas limit then the dapp developers are pissed
at this point you are centrally controlling a "decentralized" blockchain that requires a crazy amount of resources to maintain a validating node

he has made one bad decision after another trying to quick fix this clunky ponzi scheme

no dev could go this long. most creators of coins all bounce after awhile leaving the coins dev to the community as they go and retire. he sold last year or so for some cash so hes good, is probably going to be completely hands off after PoS is implemented.
