Also, the way the fund is setup is not that they have 1 part NASDAQ and 2 parts debt. It's actually replicated by all kinds of options positions. Your contributions get invested (good for richies again since they are typically better investors)

Yes and whichever brokerage you want. They all have different pros and cons. All banks offer investment accounts, which is nice as you can instantly move money in and out of your investing account from your regular bank account. Others offer low fees, different kinds of interface etc. I don't notice much difference between them. I don't use my brokerage for charting or anything so it doesn't matter.
