Another literally who ICO is following link on twitter: Black Insurance. The team seems to be from Estonia. Small but seems serious, team is mostly experienced insurancetech people, CTO is former IBM.

I'm noticing multiple ICOs needing oracles, the kind of case uses we've talked about before, expecting to launch in 2019. What I see is that a lot of small literally who projects adopting link as their oracle would quickly add up + a lot of variety in the use cases. Obviously insurance smart contracts will be one of the biggest markets for link (4 trillion market).

Can I have more eyes on this? Has this been discussed before? One of the chainlink shill accounts follows their CEO, Risto Rossar.
