Also, I know it's hard (and something I am struggling with too), but you have 2 options:

1) Start learning about trading, investing, money management. Basically, learn why you are a retard and made dumb decisions (for instance, you didn't cut your losses, instead, you kept reading plebbit from the retarded redditors who keep saying to BUY THE DIP. 90% of reddit is stupid)

2) Accept that money as gone and let it go. Or learn to trade and start trying to earn your stack back.

I didn't buy the January top like you but got in 2017 and didn't sell the top when I had a lot. So I'm trying to learn from my mistakes. Maybe you should be proactive a little about it because yeah, you fucked up. If that is what you want to hear then: yes. you fucked up. Your money is as good as gone.
