That number is actually huge whe you consider that a third of the worlds population doesnt even have access to consistent internet, even more dont have access to banking and will therefore never be able to buy crypto, fewer still, have enough disposable cash to invest in crypto, then even fewer again, would ever even consider investing in crypto after the $50 fees in december and cryptokitties.

Anon clearly FinTech is the next industry. For many reasons that these brainlets will never understand. So if you want to be involved then start making useful applications by using smart contracts. This will soon be possible when chainlink releases their main oracle network.

I suggest a few of these applications to consider making.

Decentralized uber (using smart contracts with GPS data feeds provided by chainlink)

Decentralized marketplaces

Because when you have smart cars who communicate to each other at the speed of light. You don't want to be using a fucking uber app, you want cars to be using smart contracts because there will be NO uber driver to talk to.
So how do you trust that smart car?

Well you could trust the company who makes them to get you to your destination or you could have a smart contract that automagically tracks everything and releases funds when you arrive safely (automatically calculated via smartcontract).

Keep in mind this system is theorically cheaper then uber as you don't need employees in a central building.
