I'm a real estate agent in Manhattan and was at a launch party last night in the Upper East Side. A lot of the guests were actually talking about cryptocurrency and were quite open about the fact they were getting into investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum and that these two will be the poster childs of blockchain technology. A lot of money is about to pour in, the wealthy won't be left behind. The most common reason for their curiousity was an awareness that the U.S Dollar is the worst place to keep their wealth. Wouldn't be surprised if they were seeing it as a perfect tax evasion tool

The wealthy will flee the existing system first as they can take the risk. This just means the risk threshold is being lowered.

Expect the plebs to become more anti crypto as the media convinces everyone to baghold fiat.
